Three folders in my Microsoft Contacts list have 'disappeared'.
Luckily all the contacts within the three folders are in the address book. How do I transfer all three folders (which contain about 250 contacts) back to my Contacts list. I would really appreciate some help. |

If you see them in the address boook, then the contacts folders MUST be there, because all the address book does is display the contacts you have that have electronic addresses. No contact folders means no address book contents. -- Brian Tillman |

Hi Brian,
Thanks for that but I still haven't found the lost folders. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Following your advice I have tried to change my view by using the tool bar at the top but the only really choice I can see on the pull down bar are 'arrange by', 'expand/collapse groups' and 'customise'. I have tried the arrange by and expand/collapse groups choices with no luck. Am I on the right track or should I be doing something else. Is the left most pane, the Navigation Pane in Mail folders view? If so,
only mail folders will show. -- Judy Gleeson - MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting Canberra, Australia www.acorntraining.com.au When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent details. Be sure to put a concise summary of your question in the subject line, and the full details in the body of your post.
