You can customize the contact form to add the Journal field. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm

Start with Tools | Forms | Design a Form, then drag the Journal field from the Field Chooser to the P.2 page. There are a couple of walkthroughs among the resources listed wt http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm
The main issue for not messing up the contact form is to leave the first page alone and do your customizations on the P.2-P.6 pages. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "shrory" wrote in message ... could not find how to custermize the form at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm and being a user not a programmer, would not like to @#!$ up the form.
