Globally changing "File As" format for an Outlook Contact Folder
Is there a way to globally change the "File As" field for a specific Contacts
Folder? I file my contact as Company (Last, First). I just got a new PDA that would prefer Last,First.

Rather depends on your version, which you neglected to mention.
