Outlook does not dial. Never has.
Your request is of the operating system, not Outlook. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Outlook dialing rules" Outlook dialing wrote in message ... You don't need to fill in hundreds of prefixes. Just make two separate area
code rules for this area code: - Make the first rule a general rule by selecting "Include all the prefixes within this area code". Check the boxes for "Dial:" and "Include the area code", as necessary. - Make the second rule the exception for your two prefixes that are local dialing by selecting "Include only the prefixes in the list below". De-select the "Dial" and "Incude the area code" boxes. Btw, when you're looking for support, don't make it a suggestion for Microsoft. Just ask your question.
