Default "File As" field is blank

I have an SBS 2003 server and I have restored Exchange 2000 mailboxes
from an SBS 2000 server to it in preparation to deploy SBS 2003. After
I restore the mailbox data and log in as the user on SBS 2003 server,
the Contacts is the user's Exchange mailbox have a blank "File As"
field. All of the other information for the Contact is there. If I open
the Contact and specify the "File As:" field and Save and Close, the
field will then show.
Additional info:
SBS 2003
Exhange 2003 Server with Service Pack 2
Mailbox restores done with Veritas BackupExec using the Exchange Agent.

Thanks in advance.
