Default outlook address book

Why does my address book show duplicate names and details when a fax number
is shown as well as an email addy?
If I go into the actual Contact's card and delete the fax, then when I look
under address book it is fine and I only haved ONE entry.
Reinstate the fax number and up comes a duplicate name in the address book.
Really annoying it is!
Thanks

Aloha Hoock,

Normal. The Outlook Address Book is used for both faxes and e-mails. It's
an old issue.

If you prefix the fax number with a letter, it will not show up in the
address book.
