I have 260 names, addresses etc., in myOutlook 2003 "Contacts" navigation
pane (bottom left of my screen) but when I open the file and select an entry, I do not get the full address; the details are there under the "business" drop down menu with each line of the address shown separately under "business, home, other". None of the details show up in my "Address book" on the upper toolbar. The file was copied in(imported) from an Excel spreadsheet file. HELP!! Terry Kelly |
