Hello,
I would like to have something separate in outlook for my contacts who I regularly am in contact with and the miscellaneous people who I email here and there but still want to store their email addresses somewhere. The reason I want them separate is because I sync up to my Motorola Q and I dont want all these hundreds of email addresses in there. I am wondering if there is a way to separate them in Outlook 2003? Thank you! |

Create a new contacts folder with the File | New | Folder command and move them there.

Another possibility is to have them in the same folder but with different
categories if your sync program will sync only certain categories. Neil "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ...
