Default scan.pdf file 684kb

I received a attachment specified under subject heading. It will not open. I
saved it to Word and the text is foreign. Please could soneone assist me in
opening this file

PDF files can be opened with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Acrobat Reader (the latter
free from adobe.com) or various other tools. Word, however, cannot
interpret their contents.
