I am in a situation that I had to take a pc off a domain and make this stand
alone thus joining a small simple workgroup. Domain called Portelli and workgroup called Portelli. Outlook was installed on the pc as a local stand alone appz all data in the local machine, under john.portelli.PORTELLI profile in Documents and Settings. After taking the pc off the domain, I joined the local workgroup 'PORTELLI' and now the new profile is called: john.portelli.JOHN (local pc name). I then transfered the outlook.pst from john.portelli.PORTELLI to the new workgroup profile and all emails do show however no contacts nor calendar are in the new profile??? there is no other address book (I Checked) No idea what happened??? has this happened before??? Any ideas??? Software Specs: Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2003. Thanks |
