Default Having problems adding ACT! address book to Outlook 2003

I added it to my PC, no problems. When my boss goes into adding additional
address books, it defaults the ACT request to a .dbf file instead of the .pad
file that it is and therefore we can't find it. It seems that we are on the
same version of outlook, but mine allowed me to brose to the .pad file
address book in act.

What gives?
