I also have this problem. Same Outlook version. I have completed the inbox
repair and also used original software to scan and repair and later even reinstalled MS Office to no avail. My contacts are inaccessible. Syncing my BlackBerry turned into a nightmare when the BB couldn't read the address book it started deleting all my contacts. I also went to MS and downloaded current updates / patches. Still no luck. HELP. "Joanna" wrote: Hi I have this same problem, and where do I run a repair for my inbox? Also, where do I do a scandisk utility? Just two days ago my MS Outlook started not responding and I can't delete my messages (I think I have a virus) or do anything. Thanks for helping.
