How do I add "+" to OS phone numbers so it updates my PDA.

Everytime I add a new phone number to my outlook it drops out the "+" symbol
before the number. As i do a lot of OS travel when I update my PDA the
numbers do not dial .

Recheck how you have your dialing rules configured, both in Control
Panel-Modem and in Outlook.
