In Active Directory, which my company uses as the address book, the display
name is present, but for one particular user, their address in the "To:" box ALWAYS resolves to their full email address rather than their display name. Why could this be happening? I have searched through my registry for possible cache issues, but have not found anything. |

Forgot to mention, I use Outlook 2003 and exchange server 2003
