why is contact's name displayed as entire email address
In Active Directory, which my company uses as the address book, the display
name is present, but for one particular user, their address in the "To:" box ALWAYS resolves to their full email address rather than their display name. Why could this be happening? I have searched through my registry for possible cache issues, but have not found anything.
