Default why do i have 2 different export format for outlook 2003

we have 2 computers, both have outlook 2003.
when i export my contacts as csv from computer1 i have columns A - BI (the
last one is position)
But when i export the contacts as csv from computer2 i have columns A - CN
(last one is webpage)

The problem is when i try to unite them to one big excel sheet and import
it back. the surname appears in the notes etc..
Wht is it? Is there anyway to make it in the same format?

Did you click the Map Custom Fields button and use the default mapping on both machines?
