Default convert autofill addresses to contacts

is there any ez way to convert someone's e-mail addresses stored by the
auto-fill feature into actual contacts? we want to do an e-mailing using
shared address books, but very few people have any of them stored as contacts.

we'd like to avoid selecting each auto-address entry and adding to outlook
contacts if at all possible. we have outlook 2003.

Thanks
