Default forward contact

I am using outlook 2003, not on a server, and I have a contact card that was
forwarded to me from my wife. Ever time I try to forward this same card to
someone else, the “from” field is populated with her name rather then mine.
The recipient of this message sees my email address, on behalf of, my wife’s
long dead email address. I have tried going into the contact card and
selecting "all fields" "all mail fields" unfortunately it will not let me
change any of the information within this field. Any thoughts on how to
correct this?
