I have some vcards I recieve from my business but when I save them the
information in the "Comments" box is deleted. The way I tried saving them is by opening the vcard from an e-mail attachment and click on "save and close" button. This automatically saves my vcard but the comments are not there which is vital information for me. The other method I tried was by going to "file" import/export vcard...this imports my vcard but the comments are still erased. |

Open the .vcf file. Select and copy the body of the item (the notes). Click Save and Close. Open the saved contact, paste in the notes, then save again.

It's a bug. You need to use the workaround I suggested.

I'm stuck with a flawed program!!! argh!!! lol well...I really need this bug
fixed. How can it be fixed and when will it be fixed? I really can't be using that workaround all the time because it is too time consuming. I recieve way to many Vcards. So the bug is in both versions of Outlook that I ried it in? "Intregrisist" wrote: I have some vcards I recieve from my business but when I save them the information in the "Comments" box is deleted. Only Microsoft can answer those questions. If you have a retail copy, you can file a support incident at http://support.microsoft.com
