In Outlook 2003 Contacts, I like to use the option to right click on a
Contact, and then "Copy Here as Message With Text" to send the Contact to a co-worker. I notice that Outlook seems to include the "Personal" fields in this process, for instance, "Birthday" and "Spouse." However, I would like to include additional fields, including, for example "User Field 2", in this message format. How can I make Outlook include certain additional fields when using the "Copy Here as Message Text" option? I will appreciate advice. |
