I have a working microphone on my pc, but when I make a phone call through
Outlook the person on the other end of the line can't hear me, I can hear them. I use windows Live for voice, which works fine. I'm trying to setup outlook so I can call clients through VoiceIP. Any suggestions of how, or websites that can help? Greatly appreciated - Thanks |

This is not an Outlook issue. Outlook simply uses the Windows dialer to dial
numbers. The Windows dialer has no support for voice modems. You need to have a handset plugged into the modem if you want to talk. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Richard P" Richard wrote in message ...
