Default Import file

Hi Jonas

We have just moved away from GW to Outlook (don't ask me why ) ). It was
not deemed possible to import GW addresses into Outlook without some extra
software our installation company 'suddenly discovered' we needed (which cost
a fortune, of course). Suggest you save yourself a headache and do it
manually.
