I am confused and frustrated by the contacts window.
I would like my contacts to be all listed Lastname, Firstname When I bring up a contact, File As is lastname, firstname as I would like, but it is diplayed in the outlook contacts as firstname lastname confusing for me the purpose of Full name, vs file as, vs display as ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
