No, it was meant to emphasize that questions should be in the body of the
post, and sufficient information given so that someone can provide a working
answer.

Minimum requirements:

Version of Outlook
Where the contact lists are stored
Are the contacts from the same version of Outlook

And last but not least, F1 help is your friend. I think that YOU have some
kearning to do:
