I have Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange server.
I currently have a master Contact list in a public folder where I try and keep up to date contact info for all aspects of our company. I then tell people to copy the contact they need out of the master and put it in their project contact list. Is there a way to make their contact be a "link" or "shortcut" or "alias" to the master list so that if the original contact gets updated then everyone who copied that contact will automatically get the change? Thanks Tim |
