Thank you for replying.
When I did that, it froze the Outlook (I Have Windows 2000, my Outlook icon is the orange one.) Perhaps because I have too many contacts? Hi,
My friends and I use a mail merge add-in to send multiple emails at once. I think that it is the best solution for you case also.
