hi , having exported all my outlook [ 2003 sp2 ] contacts to my new mobile -
a nokia 6680 [ i used the aps that came on the nokia CD and just followed instructions ] everything seemed fine -- untill i dialed a number then i grt the error message " number not recognised " my contacts are stored in outlook in the following format : this was the " default " setting that outlook used from office 95 onwards +44 ( XXXXX ) YYYYYYYYY ^ the std code ^ the number if i remove the brackets and country code -- it dials ok is there a simple way to convert all my contacts phone numbers in outlook - i have quite a few so doing each number by hand seems daunting is this actualy an outlook issue ? i have only posted here first because i cannot find a sutible nokia phones forum where it would be appropriate to ask this TIA for any help YRS - AJ |
