Auto resorting problems
My bosses Address book is having issues lately and I cannot seem to solve the
problem. For some reason the display name of contacts keeps changing. Here's an example. In his book he has Steve who works for ACCO. He has made the display name ACCO so when we look at the list it's there as ACCO. When I click on it to view the address card it brings it up with ACCO in the display name field. Then when I close it, it refiles it under Steve. When I open the file it STILL shows the display name as ACCO but it's sorting it with Steve. It didn't use to do this. I have updated everything and it is still doing it. Can anyone help?
