Default why is sharing a Net Folder not working:

I am a little new to outlook so please bare with me.

My Set up:
Outlook 2000 small business
with SR-1 service pack
running on Win98 second adduction also fully updated
the accounts e-mail service option are set to "Cop rent or Workgroup"

The Experiment:
I have two account (.pst) on the same computer to simulate 2 accounts on
different computer in different locations in the world for the future but for
now there on the same computer just until I work this out.
I have set up separate e-mail accounts on my cobalt server and the 2 outlook
accounts can send emails to each other successfully.
I have selected a task folder (is doesn't matter if its the one default made
by outlook or if I make my own) I have the same problem with both) and set my
Member with editing permissions.

Hears what happens:
The Set up works fine, an invitation is sent to the other account and when
its excepted the folder is made and so on.
But when I make new tasks in the main account the other account dos not get
them. In fact if I change there permissions they don't get that ether. and
what is funnier is that you can see the second account receiving emails from
the first and then pressing them right away (so the disappear from the inbox)
But no Results. but from time to time entree that the second account had made
will come back to the first account.

Dos anyone have any insight into this problem.

Also, I am option to any suggestions that you may have on a better way to do
this. Please do note that I am limited to my cobalt server and can't explore
any other special services, but since I am the admin of this server I can add
script if I need to.

Net Folders simply is very buggy. Most of us were glad to see it go. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for other solutions.
