I installed Outlook 2002(XP) over an existing Outlook version that was a part
of my Office2000 program when I acquired an HP IPAG pocket PC. Since then I have never been able to properly sync the Contacts portion of Outlook2002 with the IPAQ. I believe that this is due to the configuration of Outlook contacts. When I open the Address Book from the Outlook, tools, options menu and click on the Address Book – tools, options, keep personal addresses in: there is no option for “Outlook Address Book”, just contacts, business, local, etc. - which includes some of my custom folders that show as sub-folders under “Contacts” in Outlook Personal Folders. The “address book” still seems to be my email address source, but it is not necessarily linked to the Contacts folders in Outlook. How can I resolve this? |
