Default addind recipients sent or replied to in 2003

In setup or tools for previous versions of Outlook, one used to be able set
it up to automatically add names to your address book. You could choose
different options. This is not available in 2003 or at least it s not in
the same place

George -- try this

it has a free trial --

Milly, you can automatically add an email to your Contact list/address book
by File insert Item into a body of an email?

What is "set-to"? What are you looking for exactly? I can easily do this
by inserting the previous messages into the body of the email -
File-Insert-Item.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, George H. asked:

| You can't automatically add recipients set-to or replied-to in 2003.
| This was available in 2000 and we gather this information as required
| by Sorbanes Oxley for our operations.
