Why do I get "not implemented" when I try to add contacts?

Default Why do I get "not implemented" when I try to add contacts?

I am trying to put contacts in Outlook. Everytime I try to save the contact,
I get the not implemented message. What am I doing wrong? Is there some
setting I need to change?
