Follow the directions below:
1. Synch Hotmail to Outlook Express - From the menu bar, click Tools | Accounts - Click Add button - Click Mail... - Follow the rest of the wizard 2. Export the Hotmail contacts, now MS Outlook Express contacts, to a CSV file. - From the menu bar, select File | Export | Address Book - Select 'Text File (Comma Separated Value)' - Follow the rest of the wizard 3. Import the CSV file to MS Outlook. - From the menu bar, select File | Import and Export... - Select 'Import Internet Mail and Addresses' I was using Windows XP, Office 2003 Pro, and the free version of Hotmail. Thanks Milly. However, I am concerned because you are not listed on
Microsoft's MVP list at www.mvps.org. Are you new to the group? Outlook MVP since 1999 - not all MVPs are listed on that private mvp group
