What I am trying to do is combine two distribution lists without having to
retype or enter the names. If I combine two distribution lists into one new list, everything I do to the new list affects the original distribution list. It is also not possible to copy and paste names from one list to another. If this dream is made a reality it would also be helpful to have the program automatically delete a duplicate. This way if a person is on both lists they will not receive duplicate emails. I am using Windows XP Professional. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
