I paid an air conditioning representitive 3 years ago, for 3 new AC units.
The installer has been out at least 4 or 5 times and one unit still doesn't work properly. I finally called 2 other companies to look at the problem. They both agreed that it was from poor installation. It will now cost me for labor an additional $1,500. What is my recourse? The actual company from which I purchased the units are still under warranty. However labor isn't. I even took pictures of the problem.I looked up the installers license and credentials just about 2 days ago and they came back that his license is null and void. Where do I go now? |
