When doing a mail merge, the country (e.g. United States of America) is
appearing in the address. How do I delete the country so it does not show up (it didn't used to). When you look at the address in the contact form you do not see it. |

I can suggest you merge to the relevant fields by selecting only the fields
you need. It didn't used to is nice to know but you haven't told us what has changed since then - gee - we don't even know what version you have! Please give us half a chance to help you. Thanks for the response. I am using Outlook 2003 and choosing name, mailing address and company fields when I do the merge (which is what I have always done). The country never used to appear in the merge when I did this and now all of a sudden it is.
