Starting from MS Word, as suggested to me, I get in the merged letter all the
data of contacts out of the nemase containend in the field "Names". Also in the choice menu where I can select the ones I want merge they do not appear. The option of inserting a single address, it works. Thank you for helping regards -- dilettante |

If you want unfettered access to Outlook's fields, start the merge from

I tryed and it works but starting from outlook I do not find the possibility of choosing the contacst I will send to as I have starting from MS word. Of course you can.

Should you one day have a idea about the rason why the field "Name" doesn't give out its names starting from Word, please let me know. This is just another example of the fact that integration between Outlook
and Word is not nearly as robust as it should or could be.
