I have a single contact who is a member of multiple distribution lists - is
there any way that I can see all of the distribution lists to which that contact belongs so I can delete that contact from all the distribution lists all at once? Currently, I have to open each distribution list to see if that contact is a member, then, if so, delete...open the next distribution list, delete, and so on and so on. Please advise. I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 |
