I'm running Outlook 2003 on XP. I update an email address for a contact, save
and close, go to the appropriate distribution list and click "update now", but nothing changes i.e. the new email address fails to update. I gotta be doing something wrong and/or stupid. Any ideas? |

Many people use categories or multiple contacts folders instead of DLs to manage contact collections. -- Brian Tillman |

However, all new ones following the installation of Outlook 2003 will update. In the meantime, Select Members.. and then Remove the prior entry. Eventually, all will work as you expect. At least up until Outlook 2007 comes along. |
