We are trying to make a call to one of my contacts from Outlook 2003, the
call goes out, I can hear my contact really well, but they do not hear my voice. I checked the volume of the microphone and it passes the hardware test. I checked the settings and everything seems to be correct. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? IS there any other program I can use to call my Outlook contacts? |

Outlook uses the Windows dialer, which has no support for voice modems.

Contact the manufacturer of your voice modem to see which products they
recommend. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Helena" wrote in message ... so what the point on having that little phone in outlook?
