Default Coacts and forms

I have been creating a custom form in a group of contacts, by working on one
of the contacts. When I publish this form and go back in the contact I have
been working on reflects the changes I had made however if I open another
contact in the same folder they do not show changes that I have been working
on. Is there some way to make all the contacts in the folder use the form I
have created.
