Default How do I disable Outlook from suggesting certain names in To box?

When I type in a name in the To box, Outlook automatically suggests a name
that I recently entered -- usually this is a great feature, but now I am
getting suggestions that are slowing me down and are email addresses that I
never use. How do I get Outlook to forget about those names.

Thanks.

When they show up in the list, highlight them and hit the Delete key to
remove them
