I have a few users that when they create a new message and click on TO: they
see exchange contacts, but not their personal contacts. They worked before and it is only a few users that do not work now. Please help me fix this problem. Thanks, Brian |

Tools | Address Book, then Tools | Options. Set the address list you want to show first there.

Hi Sue,
I am experiencing the same problem. I tried your solution, but when I click the To button I can not find any of my personal contacts from my contact list on Outlook 2003. -- Thanks for your help! lets see if this works because it just worked for me; click the contacts tab
in the lower left part of outlook 2003 (mail, calendar, contacts, taksks). Now that you're in the contacts section, go to the upper left part where it says Contacts ("my contacts" is right under there). Right click the contacts icon that you want to be added to address book and go to properties. Click the outlook address book tab, and click the check box that says "show this folder as an e-mail address book". Your contacts should now show up in the "To..." section of when you go to type a new email "BARRIOSWJ" wrote: Hi Sue, I am experiencing the same problem. Is the Outlook Address Book present in the address book dialog? If not, add it with Tools | Email Accounts.

This box is grey and not checked. I can not check it. Is there a policy
somewhere that needs to be changed?
