Default Email Addresses

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to get a hold of all of the email
addresses that are stored by outlook. When I start to type in an email
address in the To: field it will find a lot of different email addresses that
aren't in my address book or contacts. I would like to add these email
addresses to one or both of those lists but I can't seem to find the data, or
a neat trick that will let me move this data to one of these locations. Is
there any way to do this? I am using Outlook 2003.

Thanks for the info
