Outlook should do a multiple letter search like Palm Desktop
By typing in multiple letters, Palm Desktop quickly finds the name and
displays it to the right in a large easy to read box ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. To vote for this suggestion, click the "I Agree" button in the message pane.
