Creating a new profile made me think I should run the Repair on Outlook. I
did and it worked. Go figure! Now, like so many others, I need to save my Outlook contact from 2003 to 2002. In many cases, you must uninstall both the trial and the original Office version completely, then reinstall the original to get things working.
