I have an installation of Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 machine. When
sending an e-mail using the personal contacts list (not the global address list) from the drop down list some contacts appear missing. When I select the contacts list from the icon under the folders list those contacts are there. In the dropdown list there is only one contacts list option so I believe they are one and the same. Any ideas why there would be the differences? |

Contacts that do not have valid, resolved electronic addresses will not
appear in the Address Book view. Examine a Contact that does not appear and see if the electronic address is valid and resolved. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Richard" wrote in message ...
