Tell us exactly what steps you're using to send.

If you want to send that way, you need to make sure the message is in rich-text format, and that Outlook is set to allow rich-text messages not to be converted to HTML. Use Tools | Options | Message Format | Internet Options. The other person will need to drag the attachment to their Contacts folder or use File | COpy to Folder.
Alternatively, use Forward as vCard instead of Forward. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Michael" wrote in message ...
