Here's an odd one...
Some of my users have recently noticed that the Find command misses certain fields (such as phone number), but only on certain contacts and not others. We tested this by entering the last 4 digits of a phone number of a contact we were certain is in there, and nothing came up. I have verified all permissions settings both on the Exchange side and on the Outlook end (not that it matters much, as the person who owns the mailbox gets the same limited results when searching within his own). Thinking perhaps some of the contacts have become corrupted, I have also tried deleting one and re-creating it. Same thing. This is a mixed environment running Office 2003 and Office 2000, with Exchange 2003 and Windows Server 2003 SP1. Any ideas, anyone? -=Andrei |
