Outlook should have shortcut to add email address to mailing list
It would be useful if, in addition to Add to Contacts and Outlook Properties,
you could right click on an email address in the To or other header line and have it appended to an existing distribution list in a local Contacts folder. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
