Default Mass Editing of "Company" Field

I have 50 Contacts and in the "Company" Field is the name of the company Ex.
"ABC Co."

I can of course sort by that field and find everything titled "ABC Co."

How do I then select each of those individual contacts and change "ABC Co."
to "XYZ Co." en masse without haveing to "hand jam" each one?

Thanks in advance...Dave
